Mina Mishrikey, CEO and CFO Partner
As a seasoned financial executive with over two decades of experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and corporate finance, Mina brings comprehensive strategic financial leadership to growing companies. Currently Mina serves as the Head of Investment at Merida Capital Holdings, a private equity platform with over $250 million in assets under management comprising more than 70 companies. This hands-on experience working with early and growth-stage companies provides unique insights into what drives successful scaling and effective financial management. His experience includes serving on multiple boards of innovative companies across sectors including biotech, healthcare, CPG, and non-profits where he's helped guide strategic financial decisions and growth initiatives. Previously, Mina led the North American structured finance derivatives business at Deutsche Bank, developing deep expertise in complex financial strategies and risk management.
As an outsourced CFO, Mina leverages this diverse background to provide strategic financial guidance tailored to early and growth-stage companies. His approach combines rigorous financial analysis with practical growth strategies, helping companies optimize cash flow, prepare for fundraising, and build sustainable financial foundations.
Mina received a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mina is a CFA® Charterholder and CPA (inactive). He resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Leslie, and three children - Jack, Charlie, and Layla.

As the Founder and CEO of FyberX Holdings, Ben spearheads groundbreaking advancements at the intersection of advanced materials and eco-friendly technology, driving significant impact within the fashion and textile industries through environmentally responsible solutions.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ben has demonstrated exceptional skill in capital raising and financial strategy, successfully executing transactions totaling over $2.5 billion. His robust experience spans diverse financial landscapes, including strategic equity raises for venture-backed startups, convertible seed rounds, 144A private placements, and impact investment fundraising. His expertise is rooted in strategic financial management, comprehensive risk assessment, and the ability to navigate complex market conditions effectively.
Ben’s strong academic foundation underpins his professional accomplishments. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance, Economics, and Mathematics from James Madison University, graduating with an impressive 3.9 GPA, complemented by international studies in International Economics and Econometrics at Oxford University. Based in Williamsburg, Virginia, Ben leverages his substantial experience from roles at prestigious institutions such as Goldman Sachs and FBR Capital Markets to transform innovative concepts into sustainable, market-ready solutions.
